Set-up step 1:Take out Urea pump assembly,remove 3 yellow dust cap before set-up. 2:Take out the injector ,extract more than 4ml or urea,press top of the injector into the inlet pipe,and inject approximately 4ml of urea into the urea pump. Take out the inlet pipe sealing ring and 8.1*1.8 sealing ring,set-up the inlet pipe sealing ring into the corresponding hole of the flange cover,and set-up the 8.1*1.8 sealing ring to the assembly return pipe.Then set-up the urea pump assembly on the flange cover. 3:Take out 3 of M5*14 screw,fasten the urea pump to the flange cover with a wrench. 4:Insert each harness connector(motor and heater plug,Electromagnetic valve plug,pressure sensor plug)and tubing connector into the urea pump outlet tube. 5:After set-up,need to meet certain conditions to make system work,so we can directly control the detection system through the computer to see if its working properly,or we need to start the vehicle for a period of time to observe whether the system shows warning(when the urea pump works abnormally,engine warning light will appear). Note 1:Urea must be injected before set-up,otherwise it may not be able to absorb urea after set-up. 2:Sealing must be clean before set-up to avoid poor sealing after set-up. 3:When installing the outlet pipe,the assembly must be lifted to an appropriate height,do not pulling.Otherwise,theoutlet pipe might be broken and cause product failure. 4:The plug must plug in properly and inserted correctly. 5:After all wiring harnesses and piping have been installed,and the urea tank installed and fixed,then can start the vehicle.
