The Dishwasher Water Inlet Guide Assembly directs the fill water into the dishwasher tub. This part is designed to be used with select major brand dishwashers, including Whirlpool®, Maytag® and KitchenAid®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. You must also turn off the water supply underneath the sink before installation.
